4 Signs of PTSD … and What to Do Next
There’s no shortage of trauma in our world, and most of us have witnessed or experienced something jarring. For some, the trauma turns into post-traumatic stress disorder, and here are some signs.
About Practice
Charlotte Ketamine Center, located in the Randolph medical park in Charlotte, North Carolina, is an outpatient medical practice that offers treatment for anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic daily headaches and migraine headaches, and neuropathic pain. Led by Neal Taub, MD, a board-certified physician, Charlotte Ketamine Center provides customized ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant diseases.
Mental health and chronic pain conditions are notoriously challenging to treat as every patient responds differently to medications and other therapies. Additionally, many conventional treatments, like antidepressants, cause intolerable side effects. At Charlotte Ketamine Center, Dr. Taub and his team are dedicated to helping patients overcome their health issues to lead active and fulfilling lives with more than just medication.
Charlotte Ketamine Center focuses on providing evidence-based, breakthrough treatments for mood disorders and chronic pain. All treatments are offered in a comfortable and professional outpatient center under close supervision. Dr. Taub focuses on operating with efficiency and expertise, keeping their overhead down, and passing on the affordability to patients.
Most insurance plans don't currently cover ketamine treatments. However, Charlotte Ketamine Center offers a variety of treatments at different price points as well as packages. Appointments are available by calling the practice or booking online.
Ketamine Infusion
IV ketamine costs about $425 per infusion.

Nebulized Ketamine
Costs may be approximately $200 per treatment. Three to six treatments are recommended for an initial course, and one or two treatments per month are recommended for maintenance.
Intramuscular Ketamine
The Charlotte Ketamine Center is now offering intramuscular ketamine injections as a cost- effective alternative to ketamine infusions. The treatment consists of 1-2 ketamine injections into the muscle over a one- hour period. We have had excellent results, often paralleling the effectiveness of infusions at less than half the cost of $425 infusions—only $200 per treatment.
Special Offer on Ketamine Treatment
NEBULIZED KETAMINE COSTS 64% LESS THAN IV TREATMENTS
IV ketamine has been used as an anesthetic for decades, and recent research shows that with a very low dose it can help mood disorders such as depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Nebulized ketamine, however, offers a more convenient, lower-cost option. We are finding it to be similarly effective. At Charlotte Ketamine Center, we offer the future of depression treatment, today, and nebulized ketamine makes it available at a fraction of the cost..
